LightBox Vege meals are prepared using a wide range of foods, including natural products and their derivatives which may cause allergies or reactions. These include: cereals containing gluten, eggs, nuts, peanuts, soy, milk, celery, mustard seeds, sesame seeds and lupin. Therefore, if you are allergic to any of the above ingredients, this diet may not be suitable for you.
