Our FLEX menu is available 10 days in advance. If you order for longer, you will be choosing your dishes more than once during your order.
Don’t leave it until the last moment! If you miss the deadline, you will receive the default menu. But don’t worry, the meals will be just as tasty and healthy!
During holiday periods menu selection ends sooner, but we always let you know in advance!

We have the perfect solution! The Sport FLEX diet with choice of menu allows you to eat only the things you like while at the same time controlling your calorie intake and macronutrients.
Daily protein intake in the Sport FLEX 2500 calorie default menu is 115 g – ideal for endurance sports. Want more? Choose meals with meat, fish, pulses, tofu etc. Carbo-loading? Choose pasta, pancakes, crêpes, gnocchi, dumplings etc.

LightBox Sport FLEX meals are prepared using a wide range of foods, including natural products and their derivatives which may cause allergies or reactions. These include: cereals containing gluten, eggs, fish, shrimps, nuts, peanuts, soy, milk, celery, mustard seeds, sesame seeds and lupin. Therefore, if you are allergic to any of the above ingredients, this diet may not be suitable for you.
