The meals are prepared with low calorie ingredients so portions can be generous – so that you feel satisfied :)
Available calorie options: 1000, 1200 and 1500 calories.

The LightBox Slim slimming diet is low in cholesterol, sodium and simple carbohydrates and high in fibre, with the optimal overall energy balance of proteins, carbohydrates and fats, including low levels of saturated fats and high levels of polyunsaturated fats such as omega-3 and omega-6.
We have counted for calories and around 80 macro-/micronutrients. We also ensure that daily energy intake is properly distributed among meals during the day.
Please note that the 1000 kcal diet can only be followed for a short period, e.g. at the start of your weight-loss programme. In the long term, if you want to lose weight, we recommend the 1200 and 1500 calorie diets. Use our calculators or call us at: 513 513 661, to consult our dietitian.
LightBox Slim meals are prepared using a wide range of foods, including natural products and their derivatives which may cause allergies or reactions. These include: cereals containing gluten, eggs, fish, shrimps, nuts, peanuts, soy, milk, celery, mustard seeds, sesame seeds and lupin. Therefore, if you are allergic to any of the above ingredients, this diet may not be suitable for you.
