What does the FLEX diet have in common with a restaurant? Plenty! When you order our FLEX diet, you can choose from 4 options per each meal. Your choice will include foods from many regions of the world – Mediterranean cuisines of Italy, France, Spain or Greece, but also from distant Asia or America. Do you like Polish cuisine? Our FLEX menu has plenty of them, too – of course in their light versions! ;)
You can eat what really takes your fancy, stay away from the things you don’t like and get to try new things day after day.
Order your FLEX diet and choose your menu by 1 pm, 2 working days before delivery.
As soon as you have placed your order, you can choose your FLEX menu:

Our FLEX menu is available 10 days in advance. If you order for longer, you will be choosing your dishes more than once during your order.
Don’t leave it until the last moment! If you miss the deadline, you will receive the default menu. But don’t worry, the meals will be just as tasty and healthy!
During holiday periods menu selection ends sooner, but we always let you know in advance!
