Łukasz Konik, chef
A graduate of the Academy of Hotel Management and Catering Industry in Poznań. His culinary journey at started at the Technical School of Catering in Gorzów Wielkopolski. Łukasz Konik gained professional experience at top restaurants and hotels in Poland and abroad. Currently he is the Head Chef of Konstancin-Zdrój Spa’s hotels and restaurants. Associate the Institute of Chemistry and Physics of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Warsaw.
In December 2009 the Chefs Club Foundation admitted Łukasz Konik as its youngest member. This elite Foundation lists 27 top chefs as its members, including a number of well-known TV personalities.
Łukasz Konik hosted TV culinary shows for several channels including Polish Television (TVP), TVN, TVN 24 and Polsat Biznes. He writes columns for food magazines and web portals. French cuisine is his culinary love; he is also passionate about molecular gastronomy.
Małgorzata Paprocka-Chylewska, dietitian
A graduate of the Faculty of Food Technology at Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW), specialisation: Human Nutrition. She also completed post-graduate studies in Food Safety and Diet Consulting – Developments in Human Nutrition at the Food and Nutrition Institute.
Researcher at SGGW’s Human Nutrition Institute, later assistant at the Nutrition Lab, section manager and deputy manager of Food, Nutrition and Foodservice Utensils Hygiene Department at the District Sanitary and Epidemiological Station in the capital city of Warsaw. Currently running her own business (6UDiet Nutrition and Diet Consulting).
Anna Sanicka, dietitian
A graduate of the Faculty of Human Nutrition and Consumer Sciences at Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW), specialisation: Food Technology and Human Nutrition. She also completed post-graduate studies in Diet Consulting – Developments in Human Nutrition at the Food and Nutrition Institute. Associate of the Food and Nutrition Institute’s National Diet Centre.
She has experience in nutrition treatment of people suffering from digestive system diseases (pancreas and liver diseases, irritable bowel syndrome, non-specific inflammatory bowel disease, food intolerance), nutrition-related diseases (obesity, type 2 diabetes, lipid disorders, hypertension) and eating disorders.
Sylwia Januszewicz, dietitian
Graduated from the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn and the Medical University od Gdańsk, faculty of Dietetics. Participant and speaker at healthy lifestyle conferences. Supports patients in achieving their weight-loss goals.
Experienced in counseling and education of patients suffering from diet-related diseases (hypertension, atherosclerosis, lipid disorders, type 2 diabetes) and thyroid disorders (hypothyroidism, Hashimoto’s disease). The author of “Eat healthy” educational workshop for children.
Adriana Szulińska, dietitian
Graduated from the Medical University of Warsaw, faculty of Dietetics, and SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities, faculty of Psychodietetics. Experienced in treating patients suffering from overweight and obesity, as well as metabolic disorders. Carries out active dietary counseling.
